Before You Start
To buy USDT on P2P Skrill, you must have:
- An approved KYC verification
- At least one active Skrill account registered on the platform
- At least one active USDT wallet registered on the platform
- Sufficient balance in your Skrill account to cover the transaction amount plus the commission
If any of these are missing, complete those steps first using the relevant guides in our How-To section.
Step 1: Navigate to the Trade Section
Log in to your P2P Skrill account and click on Trade in the navigation menu. This is where all buy and sell orders are created and managed.
Step 2: Select "Buy USDT"
On the trade page, select the Buy order type. This indicates that you want to send Skrill and receive USDT in return.
Step 3: Enter Transaction Details
Fill in the required information for your buy order:
- Amount: The amount of USDT you wish to purchase or the equivalent Skrill amount you wish to spend
- Skrill Account: Select the active Skrill account from which you will send payment
- USDT Wallet: Select the active USDT wallet where you want to receive the USDT
- Currency: Confirm the currency of your Skrill transfer
- Notes (optional): Add any relevant notes for the admin team if needed
Step 4: Review and Confirm the Order
Before submitting, review all details carefully. Confirm that the Skrill account and USDT wallet are correct, and verify the transaction amount and the applicable commission. Once satisfied, submit the order.
Step 5: Make the Skrill Payment
After submitting, you will receive the firm's Skrill account details to which you should send your payment. Log in to your Skrill account and send the exact specified amount to the provided address. Do not alter the amount, as discrepancies will cause the order to be placed on hold for review.
Step 6: Wait for Confirmation
Once you have made the payment, your order status will update to "processing" when the admin team confirms receipt. After the payment is verified, the admin will release the USDT to your registered wallet address. You can monitor the status in real time on the trade tracking page.
Step 7: Verify Receipt
Once the order status changes to "completed," check your USDT wallet to confirm the balance has been updated. Processing times vary depending on network congestion but are typically completed promptly after payment confirmation.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
If your order status shows "on hold," the admin team requires additional information or has flagged a discrepancy. Check the order notes for instructions. All issue resolution happens within the platform's order management system, and the admin team is always available to assist.
